EAA is a Danish non-profit nature and development organization working for a rich and pure nature for the benefit and joy of all life on Earth.

 

EAA works in selected developing countries in close cooperation with local communities, authorities and the private sector. In Denmark and internationally, EAA is fighting the causes of natural and environmental damage.

To increase the impact of our work, efforts are centered on areas where both the natural values ​​and the threat levels are high.

Organization
The EAA was founded in 2014 by a group of people who want to promote sustainable human-nature coexistence and ensure the global diversity of species and nature.

EAA is a democratically organized association with a board of directors elected at an annual general meeting. The General Assembly is EAA's supreme authority.

​

The Board of Directors has the overall responsibility for the institutional development of the organization and EAA's international development and environmental cooperation, including personnel, finance and strategy.

 

The day-to-day operations are handled by the secretariat at Nørrebro, responsible for project development and supervision, fundraising, press and member communications.

In addition, a number of volunteer resource persons support the organization on an ad-hoc basis in solving specific tasks and with professional advice.
